Website Design AI / Tech Agency Dark UI Design System

Cyboticx — A Website for an AI Agency

A full multi-page website for an AI & digital agency built on one promise — "Democratize AI For All." The work turns a broad, deeply technical service offering into a confident, editorial dark-mode experience spanning homepage, company, services, and a complete insights hub.

Cyboticx — AI Agency Homepage Hero on a Dark, Neon-Accented Interface

Cyboticx is an AI & digital agency on a mission to make advanced technology accessible — "Democratize AI For All" — helping startups and SMBs adopt AI without the guesswork.

The brief was a complete marketing website, not a single landing page: a homepage that sells both the brand and eight distinct services, a company page carrying mission, team, and traction, a services page deep enough to explain genuinely technical capabilities, and a full insights engine — article index, single article, filtering, and a newsletter. Everything had to read as one system while ranging from short, punchy marketing copy to long-form editorial content, and it all had to live comfortably in a dark, technical interface without ever feeling cold.

Below is the homepage top to bottom — hero, service grid, traction stats, leadership, social proof, and an insights preview — the single page that has to carry the whole story at a glance.

A broad agency offering, a technical subject, and a dark interface — three things that each fight legibility on their own.

Breadth Without Blur

Eight services — Product Design, Digital Marketing, AI & Automation, Managed Services, Cloud Consulting, RevOps, Fractional Leadership, and Product Rescue — that must feel like one focused agency, not a scattered list of everything-for-everyone.

Warmth in the Dark

Dark, tech-forward UI slides easily into cold and generic. It had to feel premium and human — an agency you'd trust with your brand — while keeping the "engineered, precise" signal the AI positioning needs.

Marketing Meets Long-Form

The same design language had to stretch from tight, high-contrast marketing sections to a real content engine — a filterable article index and readable long-form single posts — without the two ever looking like different websites.

Three decisions set the tone for every page that followed.

Dark Canvas, Electric Accent

Near-black surfaces, one confident neon-green accent, and subtle grid and scanline motifs give the site a "signal" quality — technical and alive — while a strict, generous type scale keeps it from ever feeling heavy.

System Over Pages

A shared card system, small-caps technical labels, and a plus/minus disclosure pattern get reused everywhere, so nine screens read as one product instead of nine bespoke layouts.

Editorial Rhythm

Oversized section headers with a single highlighted keyword, alternating media, and deliberate whitespace pace the long pages — the reader is always pulled to the next block rather than left in a wall of features.

The company page has one job: turn a cold "AI agency" into a team you'd actually hire.

Mission and vision sit side by side up top, immediately followed by hard traction — years in business, global team size, happy clients, funds raised — so ambition is backed by proof. From there it moves through real project work, a leadership roster with a featured bio, rotating success stories, and live job openings, closing on a "hire from anywhere" invitation. It's a full narrative arc built entirely from the same card and label system as the homepage.

This is where breadth had to become depth without becoming a spec sheet.

A numbered index up top lets a visitor jump straight to any of the offerings, then each service gets its own block pairing a plain-language promise with an expandable capability list — Software Engineering, No-Code/Low-Code, Machine Learning, RPA, NLP, and more — complete with the real tools behind them. The plus/minus accordions keep every page short by default while letting a technical buyer drill all the way down, so the page serves both the CMO skimming and the CTO evaluating.

Let's TalkLet's Talk

The insights hub had to be a real content engine, not a marketing afterthought.

The index leads with a featured story and a running list of the latest posts, adds Blogs / Case Studies / Papers tabs and search so the archive stays navigable as it grows, and threads a newsletter capture through the middle of the scroll. A "Popular" block and a full "Browse All" grid give returning readers two more ways in — the same dark card system, now doing the work of a publication.

Long-form is where a dark theme usually breaks down — so the single article was designed for reading first.

A sticky left rail keeps a related read, the author, a subscribe box, and share links in reach while the body scrolls, and the content column holds a measured line length with clear headers, inline media, pull quotes, and references. It closes on related articles to keep the session going. Even at full article length, contrast and spacing stay comfortable — the same system, now tuned for sustained reading.

Every page was designed for mobile alongside desktop — dense marketing and long-form content both.

Service grids and card rows collapse into single-column stacks, the accordion pattern earns its keep on small screens by keeping pages short, and the insights list, filters, and newsletter reflow without losing the dark, high-contrast character. The reading experience on the article page holds up at phone width, where most of this content actually gets read.

The pieces that hold nine screens together as one product.

A dark, near-black surface system with a single electric-green accent used sparingly for emphasis and action
A reusable card system that carries services, stats, projects, team, and blog posts across every page
Small-caps technical labels and grid/scanline motifs that give the brand its precise, engineered signal
A plus/minus accordion pattern that keeps dense service pages short while exposing full technical depth on demand
A complete insights engine — featured, filtered index, newsletter, and readable long-form single article
Oversized editorial headers with highlighted keywords that pace long pages and anchor each section

One System, Nine Screens

Homepage, company, services, insights index, and single article all share one card, label, and accent system — a coherent brand that scales page by page without design debt.

Technical Depth, Made Legible

Eight services and their real tech stacks are organized so a skimming marketer and an evaluating engineer each find their level on the same page.

Marketing + Content, Handed Off

A full marketing site and a working content engine — every page designed for desktop and mobile, ready for development handoff.
